

It's really well done, and it definitely doesn't feel thrown together to me like the FighterZ one does. While it has custom 3D model scenes, you can actually feel how the character appearances and flourishes match to the music.


Here is the Rev II opening in comparison: You're right, Kid Buu appearing through Fat Buu's smoke is a nice touch, but those are the kinds of touches the whole thing should have. That's the kind of cadence I would have wanted the entire thing to have. The best sequence for me is definitely when the vocals kick in as Frieza appears right until Gotenks appears. Here, so many character names are appearing and going without any rhythm or timing in relation to the music that things like Piccolo matching just seems like a coincidence, or at least isn't very effective for me at all. The best is when as many elements as possible match to the rhythm of the music.
